Field Operations Technician
Requirements:
- Responsibilities for this position include the operation, administration and maintenance of up to 25 PCS CDMA cell sites.
- Duties include response to system outages, maintaining complete and accurate site logs as well as asset tracking and inventory control.
- Other duties include performance of routine maintenance and testing on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis as well as assistance with cell site removal and/or installation.
- Must be able to respond to emergency outages during call out situations on 24X7 basis.

Wireless Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
- Responsible for providing technical support to Wireless customers, indirect agents, retail stores, and employees.
- Duties include Wireless Switch evaluation and administration, analyzing troubles with wireless service including voicemail, making/receiving calls, and a variety of service affecting issues. Receive incoming calls, create and process trouble tickets, and work directly with customer care, customers, engineering, operations, and outside vendors using various systems. Correspond with Wireless carriers to assess network concerns.
Requirements:
- Must possess demonstrated analytical skills, be detail oriented, have strong computer skills, as well as reporting skills using Microsoft applications.
- Experience with AS/400, Nortel/lucent switches, including interpreting VLRs, Commworks/Glenayre voicemail systems, Metcalf, along with knowledge of programming/troubleshooting wireless handsets preferred.

B2B Account Executive
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Daily management of corporate accounts in large geographic area (ie. Norfolk, VA Beach, Portsmouth)
- Sales, billing issues, technical support, general maintenance and all aspects of customer service. Also deliver and ship new phones, accessories, loaners, etc to accounts)
- Corporate Visits – weekly, monthly and quarterly-to sell new equipment, service, pagers, & features-conduct bill analysis to ensure customer is on correct rate plans, renew service for existing customers, ensure 100% customer satisfaction with nTelos service.
- Equipment Repair Issues – assist in filing signal insurance claims, troubleshooting phone problems, and provide loaner phones for existing accounts.
- Billing Analysis – analyze current corporate accounts to insure that nTelos is providing the best rate plans for the usage. Also do billing analysis’ on potential new customers. Maintain churn through billing analysis and contract renewals.
- Prepare proposals and bids – work with Account Executive Sales Manager to present proposals and bids to potential customers and government agencies.
- Cold Call – continuous prospecting for new business, manage weekly funnel report
- Training – train new Account Executives company wide
- Network – work closely with Network Engineers on customer issues
- Commission Logs – complete monthly commission log on a timely basis
- Represent NTELOS through the Chamber of Commerce, local golf tournaments, United Way, Day of Caring and other nTelos sponsored events.
- Monthly Quota – meet and exceed monthly goals on new activations, accessories and churn
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Graduate required, College degree desired
- Related Experience: At least 2 years successful inside or outside sales experience. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.
