Autopay Service

The nTelos Wireless Autopay Service allows you to schedule free payments online or over the phone. Just set it and forget it! Get started now:

For Post-pay Customers:

• Payments can be made by check, credit card, or debit card.
• Log into My Account online, and sign up for Online Billing. You may schedule recurring monthly payments or make a one-time payment.
• By phone, dial #BAL (#225) from your nTelos device to access the automated system. Follow the prompts to set up your payment.

For Prepay Customers:

• Payments can be made by credit or debit card online.
• Log into Prepay Online, enter your MDN and PIN, and follow the instructions to make your payment online.
• By phone, dial #369 from your nTelos device to access the automated system. Follow the prompts to set up your payment.
