Experience in web design and graphics design in a LAMP environment, and online site management is required. The successful candidate must be strong in the following areas: web design with tableless layouts, multimedia design, internet technologies, Flash Actionscript 2 and 3, creating graphics and mockups in Photoshop, cross browser functionality, proper SEO techniques, video editing, and monitoring of server logs. Network Technician - Wireline North
Responsibilities:
- The Network Operations (North) organization is responsible for installing, testing and maintaining all NTELOS network/switch equipment and circuits/facilities; performing preventive maintenance on network/switch equipment; coordinating/resolving all reported troubles/outages and providing technical assistance to the Repair Operation Center (ROC), Engineering, Network Operations Center (NOC), Service and Cable Technicians.
Skills and Essential Elements:

Network Operations Technician
Job Description:
- As a team member of Network Operations, the Network Operations Technician will be responsible for test and turn up, maintenance and troubleshooting of network equipment and services for NTELOS Wireline in northern West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in a telecommunications or networking environment;
- Experience with DWDM, SONET, Ethernet, MPLS, IP, Ocx, T1/T3, DSL/POTS/B1;
- Experience with Cisco ONS platform (15600/15454/15310), and routers (3750ME, 7600 series);
- Experience with BTI Systems DWDM (7000 series);
- Experience with Cisco CTC/CTM;
- Experience with circuit and equipment test and turn-up procedures;
- Computer skills Word, Excel, MS Office and PROCOMM;
- Good communication skills and experience directly interfacing with customers;
- Proven ability to work effectively alone or on a team;
