The Regulatory Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating NTELOS' compliance with a wide range of regulatory requirements at the federal, state and local levels. This position serves as primary liaison with state and federal regulatory commissions, telecommunications consultants, and industry peers. This position develops and files all federal and state tariffs and is responsible for ensuring that federal and state billing is updated to reflect tariff/rate changes for accurate access and toll billing as well as providing regulatory support to CABS billing process and for carrier disputes.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Primary support for Wireline Internet Services;
    • Provides support for IPTV service customers on video service issues concerning STB operation, Broadband-Over-Fiber network issues, user instructions and FTTH network router issues;
    • Coordinates customer communication on network outages with NOC and LAN/WAN;

    Job Description:
    • Individual must be an expert on internet technologies and assist the marketing department with developing online strategies for the organization. Excellent creative design skills are a must. Experience in web design and graphics design in a LAMP environment, and online site management is required. The successful candidate must be strong in the following areas: web design with tableless layouts, multimedia design, internet technologies, Flash Actionscript 2 and 3, creating graphics and mockups in Photoshop, cross browser functionality, proper SEO techniques, video editing, and monitoring of server logs. Must work well in a team environment, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and aggressively pursue top quality in all areas.

    Job Description:
    • As a team member of Network Operations, the Network Operations Technician will be responsible for test and turn up, maintenance and troubleshooting of network equipment and services for NTELOS Wireline in northern West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

    Qualifications:
    • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in a telecommunications or networking environment;
    • Experience with DWDM, SONET, Ethernet, MPLS, IP, Ocx, T1/T3, DSL/POTS/B1;
    • Experience with Cisco ONS platform (15600/15454/15310), and routers (3750ME, 7600 series);

    • Will assist store manager in representing NTELOS's front line in customer satisfaction; as well as assisting with the supervision of staff, merchandise standards, inventory and store profitability.
    • Other responsibilities include hiring, training, and motivating staff members.
    • Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate in verbal and non-verbal situations.
    • They will help lead the retail team to ensure profitability and smoothness of operation. This includes ensuring high levels of customer service to all customers either calling or coming into the store.

    Qualifications:

    Indirect Account Executive

    Job Description:
    • Maintain and create relationships with authorized independent retailers. Set up authorized independent retailers to carry NTELOS products.
    • Schedule regular account visits with current accounts in order to insure that NTELOS products are well-presented in the store and that the authorized retailer has all necessary supplies.
    • Recruiting is a required daily activity. The Indirect AE must recruit 5-10 new distributors quarterly.
    • Indirect AE must train new independent retailer employees at least once every two weeks. Also must communicate changes in promotions, policy and/or procedures to Authorized Retailers.
    • Timely completion of administrative tasks including submission of advertising reimbursement claims, equipment orders for Authorized Retailers, production of sales reports, and handling of customer escalations and commission disputes from agents.
    • Plan and participate in special events at the retailer location to spotlight and sell NTELOS products.

    Qualifications:
    • Must have at least 2 years of successful inside or outside sales experience.
    • Excellent presentation skills required.
