nTelos fiber network consists of 2,040 route miles, with a total of 33,200 miles of fiber throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. We offer fast, high-quality, reliable voice and data links connecting you to the world. This extensive network is monitored 24/7 at our integrated Network Operations Center.
The bulk of the fiber routes are either wholly owned or owned in partnership with other leading communication providers. nTelos has also been a leader in affiliating with other national companies (Dominion, Illuminet) and partnering with independent telephone companies in Virginia. One such partnership is ValleyNet, a network extending from the Mid-Atlantic region to Florida. Customers include AT&T, Verizon Business, Level 3, Cavalier, and Sprint.
