How To Log In To My Account
A few weeks ago, we announced improvements to our website, including the My Account experience. Feeling lost? Follow these step-by-step instructions on how to log into you account for the first time and access your account information.
Step 1: Initial Login
Go to www.ntelos.com and click on My Account. You will see this login screen:
On your first time logging in, enter your old username and password. If you cannot remember your username or password, click the appropriate link and your information will be emailed to you. Delivery may take up to 15 minutes and you may need to check junk mail or the spam filter.
Step 2: Update/Register A New Profile
After your initial login, you will need to update your profile on the screen that appears below to register a unique email address and 6-character password (including upper and lowercase letters and numerals) for each account. This updated email address and password will be used for future visits.

Log in by following the above instructions to update your profile and register a unique email address for each account. Continue to use My Account to:
