nTelos Wireless Increases Retail Presence in Danville

Virginia-based nTelos Wireless is expanding its local retail presence in Danville with a new store at 165 Holt Garrison Parkway.
Known for providing high-speed, dependable nationwide coverage and the best network satisfaction guarantee in the industry, nTelos Wireless will hold a grand opening celebration at the store on Friday, Oct. 21, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and will include a radio remote with 103.3 FM WAKG, giveaways and grand opening promotions.
“Danville represents a significant area for nTelos Wireless and we are investing capital dollars in retail stores and our network to ensure the best possible customer experience,” said Conrad Hunter, president of nTelos Wireless. “Our new store has a convenient and inviting atmosphere for customers to sample different phones, from Android to Blackberry, and select the one that is best for them.”
The 1,900-square-foot store will have seven employees and is designed with the customer experience and satisfaction in mind. It will feature live phone bars that allow shoppers to try up to 28 different live phones including Android Smartphones and tablet devices. The hands-on experience gives customers the opportunity to try a phone before purchasing. In recognition of the opening, nTelos Wireless is offering two unlimited nationwide Smartphone lines for $99.98.
Hours for the store will be: Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. It will also include a payment kiosk for customers wanting to pay monthly bills or renew their FRAWG Wireless prepay plans.
