Usage and Charges: Account holder is responsible for all usage and charges posted to the account regardless of the status or balance of the account or when usage and charges are posted to the account. All calls billed in full-minute increments; partial airtime usage is rounded up to the next full minute. An activation fee may apply. A fee may apply if account has been inactive, but not closed. A fee may be required to reconnect service after the account has been closed. All pricing and expiration periods subject to change with 30 days notice. E911, regulatory cost recovery fees and local usage taxes will be charged monthly.
Debit Balances: Payments to an account with a debit balance will first be applied to the debit balance, with the remaining dollars available for future use - subject to expiration. All payments made to nTelos become the property of nTelos immediately upon payment.
Returns: Returns are accepted in good condition within 30 calendar days of purchase with sales receipt, on equipment only. Your activation fees and initial payment are non-refundable, even within this time period. All returned handsets will be charged a $35 restocking fee, regardless of airtime used.
